USG What should be included when asking for donations of golf clubs / resorts as gifts to our charity golf out
I'm with a club national service to the community that hosts a charity golf outlet for our local club. All of our fundraising income to our community, in general, our children and disability programs for adults sponsor. Golf Attendance has been down due to competing golf games from other causes really big. I am requesting golf awards / resorts in Michigan for donations to entice players to join our great start. The State ltrs I received that "due to the large amount applications ", so that some groups are receiving these great gifts. Is there a safe method of fundraising success. This is my first year in the golf committee, so I'm trying to make a difference.
first know exactly what the funds are for and tell them when you call / contact They also give suggestions of what may contribute, to tell you how successiful was in recent years. Hope this helps
