Due the white spots would not be able to dye the top. The best method is to use a permanent black marker on the spots. Once dry marker, the heat of the CAP in the dryer clothing to configure most of the mark in the cap. Over time you will have to repeat from time to time. There are some other colors in the market, but due to mixing paint, would come in wearing apparel or forehead with sweat. To the best of my knowledge, is the marker. I have used this method with the blue jeans, before also.
