There is a painful bump below my navel?
left. I thought it was an ovarian cyst, but the ultrasound technician said my ovaries were perfectly normal. So what is it about the size of a golf ball, painful, tender lump that is growing increasingly uncomfortable? It is even more afraid now that I have no idea what could be. I know I need to see a Dr. normal instead of a Gyno now, but for reasons I will not bore you with, do not expect to be able to see very soon. What about me?
I have one on both sides of my navel and a hernia. You also have a herniated probabably. A doctor can tell you if you need a company to repair it or if will be fine for a while. Do not do any heavy lifting, it will make the hernia worse if that's what you have and I bet that you do. They are fairly common if you have any kind of surgery through the navel or if you have strained your stomach trying to lift things that are too heavy for you to lift. Your MD can tell that a Gyno may be able to tell, as they have seen hernias after women have babies that were too big.
