Someone sold me a Fake Ping driver for Christmas. Now they are dead … Can I sue your estate?
I bought a Ping G10 driver from a client of mine because it had been reduced little golf shop that was not included. I had a problem with the club so he told me to put him bye the beholder. I was preparing to leave his home farewell only to discover he had died the previous day because of cancer. So now I'm stuck with a false Ping G-10 that I paid the full price of $ 300 that tunes like a Christmas ornament, when you move. Can I go after his estate in claims court under $ 300 for my back? Please let me know what you think. Thank you!
