How much should I weigh?
What is the average weight for a girl of 11 who is like 4'9. i weigh 90 pounds. Am I fat? Also, What can I do to get skinny? (PS im joining the track team next year and I'm taking summer dance classes along with every Friday golf and swimming .. my life and my best friend by gram so I'll be walking by and a lot too and when I'm with her we always go out … tree play frisbee! its fun thanks lol:)
Honey, is not fat, but make sure you are not eating tone too much junk food or sweets or carbohydrates. If you feel fat, why not pass? Doing strength training, which will improve the metabolism. (strength training is push-ups, lunges, and crunches, to name some) Hope I helped! You are a great weight.
