How can I stregnthen my immune system?
I have the tendecy of very sick. I am sick and this is the third time this winter! I got tired at the beginning of October, in mid-November and now again. I do not understand, I wash my hands a lot and I dress when I go out like a big jacket, gloves, scarf, etc. I see a (patient) friend a few days ago, so I'm thinking maybe I caught some flu germs of it. Which is another way avoid getting sick frequently, besides washing hands and covering up?
