Golf clothing?
Ok, so I am playing golf with some friends, and I did not realize yet that this is a semi-private course …. well it says there is a dress code and idk if that could lead to be appropriate. I was thinking of jeans or khaki capris (which I hate) and idk what to do for the shirt .. I do not have a pole, but I have a nice brown shirt with a collar …. it would be cool? or a black collared shirt that is more elegant, but shall be such !…. hot I'm pretty sure it would not be too happy if I wore a shirt ……. also says I have to use "proper golf shoes "……. I use tennis shoes right? I do not have golf shoes with things at the bottom …. I'm so nervous …. I've never had this amount of dressing for golf (also when I was in a tournament )……
Relax, a semi-private golf course is another golf course. As for clothing, which probably refers to the standard code golf clothing, which you can ware says khaki capris, dress pants, dress shorts (no denim jeans or anything). Above, a collared shirt is good (light color if it's sunny), but make sure you tuck in short-sleeved shirt is fine too. Just have to be necked. If you do not have golf shoes, a clean pair of tennis shoes or running shoes are fine (no one will check). Make sure the consumer socks (short is fine). Technically, you to use soft tip golf shoes, but the courses are generally not concerned with the shoes unless it displays in high heals or shoes with metal needle in the background. To the extent that you follow the basic guidelines and do not dress like going to the tailgate party, you'll be fine. Go to enjoy the game.
