I want to start recycling …?
I live in the small town of Zapata, Texas, south Texas. I want to start recycling in my city, such as Out on the golf course and finally taken to schools. I like to recycle glass, plastic (bottles and bags), aluminum, paper and everything is recyclable. The problem is that no I know how to begin, and if it fails, I do not know where to take things recycled. Help?
type of "recycling of Texas" in a search engine, and you can find links like this: http://www.tceq.state.tx.us/assistance/P2Recycle/rtol/rtol.html You have to make an inquiry where it is moving what to recycle and what to take. My community has no recycling facilities. I have some articles 35 miles, and 107 others, and have not yet located the sites for take certain kinds of things. Good luck. I'm in West Texas, near New Mexico.
