Can you apply the technology of golf ball for cars?

Probably. But it can be incredibly cost prohibitive. It would be very hard to do with the metal stamp (unless you do not want to paint.) Composite material rubber or a golf ball is to be costly to put in a car. I would not worry about the concept until you see this practice in the aircraft, which are much more sensitive than the cars towed.
