Is there a downside to the use of refurbished golf balls instead of new?

The only people who have personally seen the Titleist Pro-V (sold any V1 and V1X), Nike One (Packaging) and TaylorMade TP (Red, Black and burner) in black and platinum, thought they also offer Callaway HX and Bridgestone B330 series (330 and 330S) number of online sources.
