Austin, Texas, is a cultural place like France?
I'm from Los Angeles, West LA, and I really wanted to know if you match the diversity, I used. I have read that is much more humid than in California, but LA has become a tropical summer, with rain from scratch. never happened 20 years ago, global warming, I guess .. Anyway, if someone is a transplant from Culver City, West LA, or how to compare. ? It's like I've heard from some posters? The white the west side of the new town and the blacks and Latinos in the east, the poorest part of town. not a class of blacks and Hispanics in Austin are doing well things.? I have my house free and clear in 10 or 15 years. Really do not see that happening in California, and Trader Joes grocery stores, tennis and golf, etc. ..
I moved here (Kicking and Screaming) LA (Hermosa / MHB) 5 1 / 2 years. It was the best decision I ever made! Yes, it's different. Yes, it's more humid. Austin is the largest city I've ever seen, and I'm well traveled. As for the ethnic neighborhoods of course … There are areas, but I think Austin has done an excellent job of the mixture at all. It is rare to hear of all racially motivated crimes, etc. Austin has minority classes do very well! The fund, Austin just is not like any other Texas city. Bucks are the trends and the stigma of Texas, but … There are still trucks, country music greats, Texas Twang and best of all the friendship! This city is a big hug. I am a realtor and I specialize in downtown Austin. It is very affordable, and named one of the major cities to buy property as an investment. A large percentage of my clients last year came from California and … no rest! It's funny, my 6 closest friends in Los Angeles, here are 3 and 1 is the relocation here in May of Whole Foods was founded in Austin and has its headquarters here. Enough said! Austin said that small local businesses as well. We have great trendy cafes, many shopping, nightlife, endless places to eat (no chain). We also have 7 lakes … The most important thing is to close 70 miles long. Many athletes do the same. Prevention MAG. we have called the second best city in the country trails in general. We were behind Madison, Wisconsin … Well, you can not walk until about 3 months for the year when the snow's not flying, riiight? If Lance Armstrong can not live here and now here so if you and I! Trust, kicking and screaming ended quickly, love here – back and laugh because I thought that Los Angeles was the best place to hang my hat!
