It hit golf balls at a golf good exercise?
A friend and I have never played golf and we should go to the driving range to see how we do it. We wondered if this is a good form of exercise?
Hitting a bucket of balls at a driving range is fine for exercise. You will move your arms, turning your body and muscles using a slightly different way than usual. However, if you intend to do, learn to play golf, I suggest you find a golf instructor in your are to learn to create, grip the club, swing club, keep your head, etc. Otherwise, you may "practicing" all the bad things in the range, and creating bad habits that are hard to break later. Check with the public courses in your neighborhood. They may have some "free" carrying out the programs of introduction for new players. Good Luck … and hit 'em long and straight and often!
