Giving my Hook the KO?
I just started the great game of Golf, but seem to have a nasty hook with my woods, my irons are pretty good to my surprise but the woods, the balls does a crazy right turn, I can fix it if I really focus but ot comes back in a stoke or two. help!!
Unless you are a lefty, it is not a hook which would be very good. Instead it is a slice that most beginners have! Cure: take a couple of group lessons to learn proper grip and swing plane! Next: hit a bunch of balls on the golf range and make sure you follow through and role your right hand gentle to the left when you follow through on the swing; Lastly, don’t swing tooooo hard or you will be 50 yards into the woods instead of 20!! Practise Practise Practise!!
