I was given about 10 golf clubs by my uncle, i let my sister borrow them, now she wont give them back.?
3 of the golf clubs were given to me brand new as birthday presents, she says she is not giving them back and would rather go to court and fight. My mum and dad have just gone through a divorce and she sided with my dad and now believes my dad was hard done by. She says she will only return them after we return some things of hers that she left here when she moved out. One of them is a fence she bought for a pool. We have been told by a lawyer it is a fixture of the property and remains that. What can i do to get my clubs back?
If she wants to go to court, I say go there. What case does she has about these clubs that she pratically stole. However, maybe you should give her back some of the things that she left but leave the fence that is legally bound to your property.
