How does the system work handicap in golf?
25 centz has it all wrong. Googie was closer, but not almost entirely correct. The handicap is a system that allows players with different abilities to play against each other. Each player has a disability index. This rate translates into a number of strokes that the player gets on a given day in a particular golf course. The hadicap is a measure of potential players do not mean, so that only the top ten his last 20 rounds count towards the disabled.
