It's a left shoulder injury that affects my golf swing?
I'm right handed. I had an injured left shoulder since 2003. When I lift weights, sometimes Sharp pain I have, and lately I've noticed that is weaker than my right shoulder. He seems to have arrived recently weaker. I was struggling with my swing courses. I slice the ball a lot. I worked hard on my form, but does not work. I realize the mechanics still need work … but this weakness could be left shoulder part of it?
definietly have a shoulder injury affects your golf swing, his court the ball a lot, probably because UR left shoulder is weak and falls lower, as then must hit the ball. If you really have pain, as you say that then u should shoulder rehabilitation UR until his return to power again. If you do not have UR rehabilitation or shoulder pain and weakness in the shoulder for the rest of ur life.
