without hands, arms, chest, legs or the power of the golf swing?
I play golf for over 40 years, very inconsistent. I often throws iron fat, my tendency is to hit the bars on the outside 1 / 2 of the face (the closest to the point where the sweet spot) and more frequently depressed. My training is baseball, which I think makes the wrong hand and wrist movements throughout the golf swing. Baseball is a good "movement whippier" break wrist to a hand-driven shock. Doll connect through the impact of golf is a disaster. Golf, second in what I understand is much less in the hands and in the use of the rotation of the upper body strength to swing. Are there any good videos, I can do exercises to strengthen the right hand or wrist movement?
The golf swing is usually caused by lower body on the swing down. The shift starts swing your hips down and the rest of the upper body emerges from the bottom up. Imagine your body like a twisted rubber band retire to their natural form. There's a video of David Leadbetter, David Leadbetter interactive might be able to help.
