Can you tell me the golf terms and the definition of them?
Can you tell golf terms and there definitions like birdie. Par. Eagle. And all those other ones. oh and any tips you would like to give me.
Each hole has a par that your hitting for. For instance a Par 4 means it should take you 4 strokes to get it in the hole. Now, you could Eagle the hole that 2 strokes better than Par, a Double Eagle is 3 strokes better than par, a bogey is on stroke worse than Par, double bogey 2 strokes worse than par, triple bogey 3 strokes, and so on. A hole in one is the best score versus par 1 shot to get it in the hole. You definintly want to keep your ball out of the sand traps, and try to hit it in the fairway ( the lowest grass on the hole) because the ruff (where they usually don’t mow the grass) is hard to hit out of.
