Why it took exactly 6 days of the Earth that God created the universe and time itself?
Why could't only done in an instant? Why you need to rest on the 7th day, was particularly hard work? Can not I subtract 8 and all subsequent days well? Why You Need a break? Do you tire? How else? Should we sleep? Hare play golf? To me it seems like the myth of God needs some improvement … What do you think? Is it just a coincidence is God it took exactly the same amount of time it takes to land comlete 6 revolutions its axis to create the universe and time and life, etc?
This was written during the time when the Jews were in Babylonian exile. They did not want to lose their traditions and faith and always rested on the Sabbath (Saturday, last day of the week) said that the world history and all creation was created in six days and then God rested to maintain the tradition of the Sabbath. This is not a true story in the historical sense and scientific. This is a true story that God created everything and thought it was good ( "not … it's good") and that we are to care for the earth (humans have dominion over the earth and creatures) and that God created us in his image. There is a difference between religious truth and historical truth! The Bible is telling the truth of religion (ie the truth about God and his love).
