
The golf does not affect my bodybuilding training?
I'm serious in building more muscle mass and strength, so I'm hitting the gym 3 times a week. I read that the muscles need a day off after a workout, but the problem is I can not give up my practice of golf at the range. So in my gym days I will not be in the range of transmission of 300 golf balls at his death. Will this harmful to my muscle development?
It is up to you. If your swing hard and you can feel the muscles could be hurting your previous work with but not as bad as you think. If you have a good work out and do the same the next day could be a bad habit, but golf shot.
