All my friends are so skinny but eat SO much junk food 24/7!?
as of right now, I am on a diet. but I was just wondering that when I join track in school can I stop dieting and start eating whatever I want when I want like all my other 13 year old friends? this is what one of my super skinny friends eating on a regualr basis(i was over her house so i watched her)
breakfast: 2 packages of smores pop tarts and 1 cup of skim milk
snack: 7 slices of turkey on a multi-grain sandwich thin
lunch: HUGE bowl of honey nut cheerios, probably 3 servings(1serving=3/4 cup) with 1 cup of skim milk
snack: packet of maple brown sugar oatmeal made with water, and a banana
dinner: 1 mini can of tuna(no mayo) on a multi-grain sandwich thin, and a 100 calorie pack
snack: 2 servings of banana nut cheerios with 1/2 cup of skim milk
how can she eat SO much junk food and be so skinny?
is there a way i can develope this?
and if i join the track team can i start eating normal?

Some people just eat tons and never gain weight because of a really fast metabolism. I’ve got a friend like this and I just keep it in mind that when she grows up, her metabolism is gonna slow down and i won’t be jealous anymore 
There’s also evidence that shows that consuming low fat dairy makes your body excrete a lot of fat so that could be a reason too.
Joining the track team will let you eat more too, so give it a shot!
