Can I use my golf driver if the tank is cracked off-axis graphite?

Absolutely. If the driver is cracked, contact and inform the manufacturer immediately. You will find that many times, may be willing to repair the club, or in many cases, replace with a new club for free. Once a club is cracked, it is considered impossible to play in the competition. In fact they will be penalized for use after it breaks in competition.
