The answer to your question is that are commonly used in neodymium iron boron or samarium-cobalt magnets. These so-called "rare earth" magnets can produce the strongest magnetic field a certain size. But I feel compelled to make a few comments on magnetic bracelets and magnetic flux, thus: "This high quality has been developed magnetic bracelet of 3000 gauss neodymium, north magnets on every link ": I had to laugh at it. _North_ Magnets? Someone has discovered a magnetic monopole? The physics community would be very interested in hearing about that! The link also talks spinalbrace unipolar magnets. There is simply no such thing! They are going to clarify that we are talking about the orientation of a magnet (which _must_ have two poles), but the use of the term "unipolar" is very misleading. One statement that make very certain is "Gauss is a number indicating the strength of a magnet." The following brief discussion that the statement is also worth reading worthwhile. Gauss is a measure of flux density. Magnetic circuits have some analogies about electrical circuits. For the purists out there – please be patient me, and I'm doing anaogies, trying to convey an idea, does not indicate the scientific facts. In an electric circuit, which has some type of energy source and a path through which electrons can flow from that source. The available potential energy is measured in volts and the electron flow, call, measured in amperes. An important concept is that without any conducting path from one end of the energy source to another, no current flows. The current flow through a specific driver can be measured in amperes / square meter or amp-meters or similar area of current / unit. This is because some current flows through a certain cross sectional area of wire or other conductor. Current per unit area is called current density. The same current flowing through a small section area Cross has a higher current density. For example, 20 amps flowing through a 12 gauge cable wire to warm up slightly, but the current can flow during all day long with no visible effect. As a result this, there is always a flow of magnetic flux (similar to the present) between the poles of a magnet. Magnetomotive force, analogous to the electromotive force, are measured in Oersted. So oersteds are analogous to Gauss volts and amps are similar to / sq m. Note that depending on gauss 1) the fact that some sort of route between the magnet poles (the path has a certain permeability, which is analogous to electrical conductivity) and 2) the cross-sectional area of the road. Since the permeability of the path may change at any given point and the cross sectional area of the path may change at any time, a Gaussian measure is meaningless unless you know all the details the route. I'll say it again: A value of Gauss for a magnet is meaningless unless we also know all the other elements of the magnetic circuit. A value of Gauss is valid only in the specific point at which it is measured. The "depth of penetration" which is discussed in spinalbrace site is also somewhat misleading. The "depth of penetration", for want of a better term, is a function of the shape and orientation of the magnet. The magnets that are spaced major focus will produce better "penetration depth" than those with lower pole separation for any given magnet. Indeed, the useful power of a magnet is usually stated in terms of its maximum energy product, a concept that would have many more words to explain. There may be something best material available, but I'm too far with those numbers. The difference between 39 of MgO and 45 MGO makes little sense for an application as magnetic bracelets.
