the governing golf body where i’m at (like the pga) would change the rules and regulations…?
we have amateur tournaments and the local “PGA” is able to change rules whenever they want. For example, they gave my spot to a player with a higher handicap only because they can give a wildcard whenever they please. Can I complain to a higher authority like the R & A????
The USGA and The PGA are two separate entities and aren’t related and have little influence on one another. Unfortunately there is nothing you are able to do.
