Contractor hired to paint a covered patio. Before the paint dries, the rain! Who is responsible for repairs?
I live in California and hired a contractor to paint my porch roof, which is made of wood. He used the nail polish, and before it dries, the rain came. The paint started to peel. Who bears the cost to remedy the situation? Thank you.
