I want to travel by my car from island to another island in Phil, how much the possible payment in terminal/Pi?
Example: Cebu to Bohol
What i mean the Pier or Terminal Pay, not including the fare for roll-on roll-off ship to shift
No idea about terminal fees. Your carrier will let you know.
Transasia will take your car from Cebu to Bohol.

If you are only going for a few days, you may find it more convenient and cheaper to just hire a car and driver in Bohol.
For Leyte, the cheapest crossings are Danao to Isabel or Bogo to Palompon. There are no websites for the boats travelling these routes so you might have to search around for the sailing times. I have travelled on the Bogo to Palompon RORO but not since 2002. My father in law took all my belongings on the Danao to Islabel RORO in 2006.
Once you are on Leyte, you can drive down to Liloan in Southern Leyte. From there you can catch a RORO to Surigao City. I took this picture from the RORO just before departure in November 2006.

Once in Surigao City, you can travel all over MIndanao
Also, once you are on Leyte, you can drive to Manila. There is a bridge that joins Leyte and Samar. It took this in December 2006

The bridge is about 2 kilometres long and is the longest in the Philippines.
You then have another RORO crossing from Samar to southern Luzon. After that all of the northern Philippines is yours for the driving.
You can also take your car on the Superferry to Manila but that costs around P10,000.
