What is the legal age to drive a Golf cart in Florida?
Because I am thinking of Purchasing one and I don’t want to buy it if no one can use it. So does anyone know the legal age to drive a golf cart is? Or a site I can go to find that? Thank you
Not to sure about Florida, but Golf Carts in Georgia fall under “Low Speed Vehicles”. You have to have a minimum of a learners permit and you must only operate on roadways that have a speed limit of 35 mph or less. The law may differ from municipality to municipality, however. Best to check with your local Police or Sheriffs department to see what the laws are in your town.
