What is the difference between the muscles of orange and white?
Whenever I go out for Chinese food always muscles, but Ive account that there are white and orange. What is the difference between them?
I used to gather them off the shallow shorelines to over small islands in the bay south of the island along major fires and used to catch flounder chum. When steam or cooking will turn orange to white color, I would say that uncooked.
