My parakeet is sick. The left side of his body (foot and wing) are unstable and can not be used ….?
I do not know what caused it, but its been like a month or two. You can not use their feet and wings and all are unstable. He sits at the bottom of the cage, because it cannot use any hangers. He has to rely on something to support himself. I feel so bad for the little bird, you know something I can do to make you better or help you? thanks xx
Your bird may have had a stroke caused by a parasite … My mom had a Sun Conure, who had similar symptoms and the vet said he had flu Race … He lived for 10 years, but we had to adjust its cage for your comfort and how it moved. It also has a cage with the bars going horizontally so I could use his pick up from the legs were not working
